As aTechnology Business Consultant, you'll contribute to a critical component of our success. While workingclosely with clients and internal teams to deliverinnovative, newsolutions that meet their needsand help advance the way the world pays,banksand invests.

About the team:

The Digital team brings together a suite of platforms that helps banks build, deploy and scale their next generation digital experiences.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our Business Operations function, working on both specific client tactical implementations and broader cross platform strategic initiatives.

What youwillbe doing:

  • Help breakdown silos, to standardize engagements and best practices across client implementations
  • Champion execution of strategic initiatives and strive for client excellence, working alongside our matrix partners
  • Help create a scalable support model by centralizing all interactions between project, client facing, Dev Ops & SRE and various other matrix partners to increase cross-portfolio visibility, ensure priority of work and timelines are achieved, all while driving technical process improvements across functions
  • Define reusable processes, broker communication between companion, technical, and project stakeholders to improve the turnaround time associated with companion readiness, and to facilitate conversations with product stakeholders to organize and prioritize roadmap deliverables and feature consumption.
  • Researching clientneeds, analyzingtrendsandbestpracticesand creatingdetailedprogramspecifications
  • Devisingproceduresto achievegreaterefficienciesand solvecomplextechnicalproblems
  • Assessingavailabletechnologiesandrecommendingsolutions

What you will need:

  • Advancedknowledgeofenterprise platform integration with multipleend-to-endsystems
  • Familiarity with Agile Methodologies, SDLC, applicationdevelopment concepts and programminglanguages
  • Proficiencyinbusinessanalysis/modelingandrequirementsdefinitiondisciplines, project management, and quality assurance best practices
  • Ability to balance working independently & collaboratively to drive solutions to completion
  • Growth mindset with a passion for learning new things
  • Abachelor'sincomputerscienceorinformationsystemsortheequivalentexperience.

Added bonusif you have:

  • Financial Services or Retail Banking experience
  • Digital Banking or FinTech experience
  • Experience using enterprise collaboration tools; JIRA, Confluence, PowerBI

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $93,640.00 - $157,300.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
