The Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced and motivated professional to join our Advancement & Partnerships team as the Assistant Director for Leadership Annual Giving. This pivotal role will contribute to the growth of mid-level giving and help build philanthropic capacity for the College of Business. The Assistant Director will be responsible for cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding leadership-level annual gifts, as well as managing a portfolio of donors and identifying new prospects. Special Instructions to the Applicants: The anticipated salary range for this position is $56,030- $68,637. The final salary will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and internal equity considerations. Advancement and Partnerships values the unique contributions that each team member brings to our division. The determination of a successful candidate's starting salary will vary based on several factors, including education and relevant experience. The anticipated pay scale indicated for this position generally applies to candidates who meet the minimum requirements and several of the preferred qualifications outlined above.
