Pay | $30 - $37 per hour

2nd Shift | Sunday - Thursday | 2 PM - 10:30 PM

Requirements



  • High school diploma/GED.
  • Vocational or industry trade school required.
  • 5+ years of facility maintenance experience.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • The ability to read and interpret documents and speak effectively to customers and associates.



Maintenance Technician Lead Job Responsibilities



  • Determine service needs by communicating with the site lead.
  • Coordinate and supervise sub-contractors performing work.
  • Repair walls, floors, doors, and paint.
  • Repair toilets/urinals and maintain valve assembly.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on air conditioning and heating equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and perform corrective maintenance including general repairs and minor plumbing.
  • Lift 50 pounds as needed.
