The Role We are seeking a results-driven individual with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and a demonstrated ability to prospect and build strong customer relationships through excellent communication and negotiation skills. This individual will join our Practice Consulting team as a Managing Director in our Advisory division, reporting directly to the CEO of Advisory. In this role, you will have the opportunity to leverage your skills by executing client engagements, maintaining robust client relationships, supervising the effective execution of billable client work, and implementing business strategies to grow Curi Advisory. You will drive revenue growth for Practice Consulting while also serving as an effective member of the Advisory Leadership Team, collaborating to achieve collective goals and establishing and expanding external business opportunities for Curi Advisory. Key Result Areas * Establish Curi Advisory Practice Consulting goals and objectives, both short-term and long-term, in conjunction with the CEO, Curi Advisory and other team members. * Develop business plans and strategies for the growth and development of Advisory in conjunction with the CEO, Curi Advisory and other team members. * Conduct discovery with prospective clients; prepare, present and negotiate proposals for consulting services. * Act as a contributing team member of the Advisory Leadership Team. * Track progress of business initiatives and report department revenue to CEO, Curi Advisory. * Build relationships with external clients through conferences, networking and seminars. * Represent Curi Advisory by actively seeking public speaking opportunities to profile the work and expertise of Practice Consulting. Key Skills * Demonstrated ability to prospect, build strong customer relationships and negotiate client agreements * Ability to grasp business needs and assess impacts to complex business operations and systems. * Practical experience in capturing client requirements, mapping processes, conducting hypotheses-based analysis, creating business cases, evaluating, and presenting solutions. * Strong client presence. * Compelling work ethic with a commitment to team satisfaction and client service excellence. * Effective organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Strong written and oral communication skills. * Demonstrated ability and comfort with public speaking. * Ability to think critically and resolve problems of varying complexity. * Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize assignments and meet deadlines. * Ability to perform in a team environment and direct staff to successful completion of tasks. Key Qualifications * Bachelor's degree. * Minimum 10 years of experience in either healthcare management leadership, healthcare management consulting or in an industry practitioner role with direct experience leading client engagements. * Experience managing a team which may have subject matter expertise beyond the Managing Director's specific work experience. * Master's degree in business or health-related field preferred Our Vision: To be the trusted partner in medicine, business, and life.
