Conference and Event Planner, Senior The Opportunity: As a highly organized and experienced Senior Conference and Event Planner on our team at USINDOPACOM, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing high-level conferences and events that support USINDOPACOM's strategic objectives. You will plan, coordinate, and execute high-level conferences and events for USINDOPACOM, developing detailed event plans, including timelines, budgets, and logistics. You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all event requirements are met and manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and audiovisual needs. You will additionally oversee event registration, attendee communication, and on-site support for these events. You will ensure compliance with all security protocols and procedures, evaluate the success of events, and provide recommendations for improvement. As a valued member of the USINDOPACOM staff, you will prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior leadership. Your actions will help advance command objectives by coordinating strategic engagement opportunities with federal or non-federal and local, national, or international entities, including other military organizations, government agencies, academic institutions, and think tanks. Additionally, you will coordinate requests and requirements for VIP visits and other special engagements. As a trusted advisor, you will prepare and present briefings, decision reports or information papers, and strategic communication products for executive-level leadership. Finally, you will monitor, track, and report national and state legislative congressional interest items, and collaborate in strategy development and implementation planning. Join us. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
