Change Management Consultant

Key Role:

Play a key role in gathering key information from our stakeholders through intentional conversations. Have a thorough understanding of our and our client's operations to identify strategies that will support us in leading the way through this transformation. Use your consulting skills to gather information that will inform how we transition from our current operations to our destination. Find innovative ways to generate efficiencies and improve the way we operate. Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the organization's readiness for change. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Develop change management plans by designing detailed plans, including communication strategies, training programs, and stakeholder engagement initiatives. Identify key stakeholders and analyze their influence and impact on the change process. Develop tailored approaches to engage and manage stakeholder expectations. Support leaders at all levels to champion change initiatives and reinforce positive behaviors. Adapt change strategies and address emerging challenges and organizational needs. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience with change management
  • Experience with organizational change processes
  • Experience with stakeholder management and client-facing roles
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to manage a resistance to change
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a Psychology field

  • Experience applying change management expertise in an IT, Agile, and cyber environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Possession of excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Possession of excellent project management skills
  • Possession of excellent time management skills
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Master's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
