Pay: $27.76 - $36.09, depending on experience and qualifications Position Summary The Property Maintenance Specialist is courteous and professional when working with university members. Responsibilities include light equipment repair and maintenance, drywall repair, patching, and painting, with a strong understanding of paint and stain products and application techniques. This role involves reading and comprehending work order details, working on construction projects, and performing other tasks as needed.
