What does the Product Manager do at Swire Coca-Cola?
The Product Manager at Swire Coca-Cola will help implement strategic plan for the company's product lines throughout the lifecycle gathering, prioritizing improvements, and customer requirements. You will define the product vision and adoption strategy, partnering closely with engineering to prioritize and deliver product features. Working with the design teams, operations managers, engineering managers, and finance teams to confirms project deadlines, product development stages are completed timely and communicates updates. The Product Manager will also report product data for significant launches and ensures reliability standards.

Responsibilities:



  • Maintains product quality by monitoring usage and complaints, initiating technical reviews and upgrades
  • Prepares product management information and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends
  • Contributes to product management and organization success by welcoming related, different, and new requests; helping others accomplish job results
  • Develop training processes, initiate knowledge sharing sessions, establish best practices and governance, identify gap and provide resolutions



Requirements:



  • Bachelor's Degree Computer Science or Software Engineering required
  • Master's Degree Computer Science or Software Engineering preferred
  • 6+ years Leading and promoting Power BI developing training, initiate knowledge sharing, establish best practices and governance, identify gaps and find resolution required
  • 2+ years Hands on SQL experience required
  • 2+ years' experience working on cross-functional teams to lead technology solutions required
  • 1+ years Building out and manage expanding Power BI environment preferred
