The Senior Financial Systems Analyst will support key financial systems by providing training, maintenance, testing upgrades, creating reports, and coordinating with the IT department.

This position is Hybrid, commuting 2-3 days in-office to our Newton, MA Headquarters.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and support key financial systems.
  • Create reports, maintain system functions, and ensure data integrity.
  • Maintain and Support Financial Reporting needs and process.
  • Develop new technological solutions within the department to improve the overall efficiency.
  • Train and support finance staff on all system issues.
  • Work with Director to perform system upgrades and work with the IT department on all financial system issues.
  • Test data and systems during upgrades and migrations.
  • Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
  • 4+ years of accounting or finance experience is required.
  • Proficient in Excel, access, and financial management systems.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Detail oriented.

Salary and Other Compensation Disclosures:

The annual starting salary for this position is between $100,000 - $120,000 annually. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.
