We are seeking a Contract Design Program Manager (DPM) who is passionate about building innovative social immersive products and experiences that inspire meaningful human connection, creation, and self-expression. This position will join a team responsible for creating the virtual economy within the Metaverse, across both mobile and VR experiences. This role partners closely with the Product Design, Creative, and cross-functional teams responsible for building engaging consumer experiences and empowering creators and developers with the tools to build and scale their own businesses.
ROLE OVERVIEW Design Program Managers are passionate connectors and problem solvers. By supporting the various aspects of our Creative and Design teams, you will enable x-Creative (Product Design, Content Design, UXR, Art, Game Design, Prototyping, etc.) and XFN teams to focus their time on designing, building, and shipping world-class products. You will improve team communication and collaboration, remove roadblocks, and help keep teams and products on track. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS * 7+ years of experience as a Program Manager, Producer, or Project Manager driving and delivering 0-to-1 products, 1-10 products, and immersive experiences, preferably at a mobile, AR, or VR/MR game studio, agency, or consultancy. * Highly effective at establishing programs, supporting x-Creative and Design teams, leading and executing Design Sprints with many cross-functional (XFN) stakeholders, establishing operational rhythms, supporting planning and roadmapping-including resource/capacity planning, and developing relationships. * Track record of being detail-oriented, willing to wear multiple hats, identifying areas for improvement/support, and delivering results in a highly organized manner. * Familiar with leveraging Agile methodologies to drive iterative improvement, customer-centric design, and rapid time-to-market. * Excels operating independently and collaboratively, with minimal oversight-inclusive of a fast-paced environment with lots of ambiguity. * Experience using data to identify problems and communicate solutions. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $90.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
