Description

Responsible for all incoming warehouse loan files, funding documents and wire instructions. Performs other projects and duties as assigned.

Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities:

* Review incoming warehouse loan files, funding documents, and wire instructions.

* Wire out funds individually for each file.

* Wire out additional funds when clients request and update file in WLS system.

* Assist with collateral check in and shipping procedures.

* Assist with entering in received credits and applying funds to correct files.

* Establish working relationships with all client funders.

* Maintain client satisfaction through excellent and timely customer service.

* Perform special projects as assigned.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:

* Strong attention to detail.

* Strong organization skills.

* Strong computer skills.

* Knowledge of mortgage documents and notes a plus.

Industry and Work Experience:

* 2 years customer service experience required.

* Mortgage industry experience a plus.

Academic:

* High school diploma or GED required.

* Bachelor's degree preferred.
