Job Description:Coordinates a variety of risk management and patient safety related activities including, but not limited to: patient safety/risk management committees, administrative support for root cause analyses, pro-active risk assessments, ad-hoc patient safety improvement activities, and support for medical malpractice claims and premise liability claims. Education: Bachelor's Degree Health Care Related Field or Human Services - Preferred Experience: 4 years Healthcare Setting - Required Certifications/Licensures: CPHRM - Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management - Preferred Skills: A high degree of organizational skills, the ability to set priorities, manage multiple demands, and complete tasks under strict timelines are required. Maintains professional and personal integrity. Effective oral and written communication skills. Ability to be self-directed, professional, work on collaborative teams, and be an effective team player. Ability to work across multiple departments. Understanding of hospital and outpatient operations. Extensive experience and knowledge of PC applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook). Work Shift:08.0 - 08:00 - 16:30 No Waive (United States of America) Pay Range: $31.47 - $47.21 Hourly Offer amounts are based on demonstrated/relevant experience and/or licensure. Pay will be adjusted to the local market if hired outside of the Bay Area. Note: Positions at JMH which are exempt (not eligible for overtime) under the level of Manager are listed as hourly for compensation purposes on this posting.
