Ship and receive small packages using FedEx, UPS and DHL software
• Assist with the Reception desk as required and other associated tasks, including directing incoming calls and visitor arrival/departure
• Using the in-house database and other systems effectively to ensure maximum efficiency Ability to work flexibly in a busy environment with an established team and processes
• Organizing couriers UK and International
• Maintain filing system and Prepare mail
• Arrange correspondence for overseas deliveries

Computer experience including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to understand, follow, and maintain quality, safety, and / or infection control standards
Records maintenance skills
Ensures all work is accurate and free of errors / defects

This position requires access to export-controlled commodities, technical data, technology, software, and services.
