Our commitment to pay range transparency fosters an equitable workplace, where everyone can feel valued. The annual compensation range for this position is stated below. The salary offered within this range will be based upon the geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level. Salary Range: $51,400.00 - $77,200.00This position is a hybrid role that will be predominantly focused on supporting program managers at the Appleton Operations facility. Approximately 25% of the role will be dedicated to supporting the site leadership team and functions across the site in an administrative perspective. Purpose Statement: Supports Program Managers (PMs) with daily tactical and administrative activities, liaising with the Customer Focus Team (CFT), Plexus functional areas, and junior customer representatives. Additionally, provides administrative support, meeting management, and other coordination to a defined leader or leadership team. Key Job Accountabilities: * Provide administrative assistance to PMs and CFTs to enable the CFTs to focus on delivery. * Prepare internal and customer-facing data analysis, reports, metrics, visual graphs, and tools in support of delivery objectives. * Assist with the preparation of customer presentation materials for customer visits and business reviews. Helps coordinate and prepare for on-site customer events in coordination with the Customer Experience Team. * Execute daily tactical tasks related to delivery, such as running on-time delivery (OTD) reports, backlog and revenue/shipment reports, raw materials and finished goods shipments, First Article Inspection & non-recurring expenses recovery, and potentially support Advanced Product Quality Planning. Basic Customer Returned Good communication with customers and coordination with CFT * Daily customer interface for Purchase Orders, commitment dates on orders, customer queries and requests. May work on Customer Net Promoter Score activities. * Provides administrative support, meeting management, and other coordination to a defined leader or leadership team. * Provides administrative support to an assigned leader and/or leadership team on initiatives and policies, including compilation of data, reporting, presentation preparation, expense reporting, and scheduling activities. * Prepares professional communication, including reports, data, and presentations for a variety of audiences that convey group performance and goals. * Plan and execute events, meetings, or training sessions in alignment with the leadership teams' plans and goals. Serve as a knowledge base for internal and external contacts, resources and daily events. Education/Experience Qualifications: * Education/Experience Qualifications: A minimum of a two-year technical or business degree is required; * Less than One (1) year of related experience is required; One (1) or more years of related experience is preferred. * An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered.
