The Koch Workers' Compensation Capability is on the lookout for a passionate and innovative Claims Analyst to join our team. This entry-level position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to make a difference. This is a hybrid role that can sit in either Wichita, KS or Atlanta, GA.

Our Team

Our team provides exceptional service to our clients, which include various Koch businesses and our injured colleagues. We work closely with outside vendor partners to ensure the well-being of our employees and the financial security of our businesses. Our team consists of a Claims Analyst, two Claims Managers, and a Program Leader, all with varying levels of experience in the field. We are based in Atlanta and Wichita, and we pride ourselves on our client service-driven approach.

What You Will Do

* Lead and provide strategic guidance on litigation and medical strategies for workers' compensation liabilities

* Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with third-party partners

* Provide valuable analytics to business leadership

* Promote innovation and process improvements within the Workers' Compensation Capability

* Assist injured colleagues through the workers' compensation process

* Uphold and believe in the Koch PBM Guiding Principles

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

* Associate's degree or higher

* Excels at problem solving, economic, and critical thinking skills

* Experience collaborating and building relationships with team members, business partners and third-party vendors

* Experience providing excellent service to internal customers

* Excellent written and oral communication skills

* Some travel required - approximately 10%

What Will Put You Ahead

* Experience in the insurance industry.

* Knowledge of Tableau, Power BI and/or Excel to provide analytics to business leadership
