Capgemini is a dynamic and rapidly growing organization, and we are seeking a dedicated individual to complement our growing team.

As a Capgemini Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the customer's Teamcenter Architecture, Design, Build, Deploy, and Release Management & Sustainment project. This position requires strong interpersonal and technical leadership skills, as well as expertise in Teamcenter PLM configuration and installation/administration. You will serve as a trusted advisor on environment sustainment, addressing upgrade and patching issues to maintain the technical integrity of the environments.

Responsibilities



  • Understand and demonstrate how Capgemini services will impact and integrate with customers' initiatives, business drivers, value, and impact.
  • Employ standard processes and templates for the PLM Software systems Teamcenter administration to provide customer value.
  • Understand customers' goals and objectives to identify what change initiatives are needed for the customer to be more efficient and productive.
  • Communicate project processes and progress by interacting with the customer to support customer expectations and support customer adoption.
  • Effectively communicate with clients, sales team, and project managers.


Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience



  • Minimum active secret clearance
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical and/or Manufacturing Engineering, Computer Science, Technology, or equivalent years of experience (8+) in PLM.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Teamcenter Architecture, Design, Build, Deploy and Release Management & Sustainment.
  • Three (3) to five (5) years of experience working in a customer-facing environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledgeable of and understands common software development principles and lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex issues to multi-level audiences throughout the company and government executives.
  • Ability to effectively communicate progress, status, and issues to internal and external customers.
  • Ability to acquire and meet business goals and results.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as on a team.
  • Proficient with Standard MS Office applications, such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
  • Needs the ability to bring to bear other resources/knowledge in areas where direct experience is lacking.
  • Good knowledge of Teamcenter Installation and Administration.
  • Previous experience implementing/supporting the Teamcenter solution.
  • A self-starter with strong communication skills.
  • Resident of, or willing to relocate to Evendale, OH is a MUST.


Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience



  • CompTIA Security+ Certification is a plus.
  • LINUX is a plus.
  • Oracle is a plus.

At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $120k - $160k.

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.

Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable. The amount and availability of any bonus, commission, or any other form of compensation that are allocable to a particular employee remains in the Company's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified at the Company's sole discretion, consistent with the law.
