Role Summary: The Product Governance Associate role is responsible for defining and implementing the Product governance and oversight strategy. Working closely with Transaction Banking product teams including risk and control functions as well as our Operations colleagues to help define, implement and manage core product governance and oversight functions within TxB Product. The role requires a good understanding of payments and cash management products as well as connectivity and integration solutions for corporate clients. And ideally some background in creating and maintaining product oversight structures and mechanisms, including document management workflows and content management controls, maintaining documentation and approvals libraries, and working closely with product managers feeding new product approvals into our Product Oversight Counsel.
