Program Evaluator

Behavioral Health Services

Hourly Pay Range: $24.39 - $36.66

Closing Date: 2/11/2025 or upon receipt of the first 50 applications

Job Summary: The Program Evaluator is dedicated to advancing quality improvement initiatives and program evaluation across Milwaukee County Behavioral Health Services' network of internal and external agencies, providers, and grants. Program Evaluator will collaborate with internal and external providers, promoting a data-driven culture.

Job Duties:



  • Extract and compile relevant internal data from the electronic health record (EHR) and other data sources in support of ongoing quality improvement efforts, service enhancements, program development, compliance requirements, and timely decision making.
  • Work with internal and external partners to increase data quality, integrity, completion, and accuracy to ensure reliable and actionable decision making, foster data stewardship, and increase trust in data.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze, interpret, and visualize data. Provide technical assistance and consultation as needed to implement and complete quality improvement projects.
  • Work with stakeholders on means to digitize, automate, and absorb external data sources, processes, or data collection.
  • Ensure adherence to established timelines for data reporting.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.



Minimum Qualifications:



  • Current resident of the State of Wisconsin
  • Valid Wisconsin Driver's License and reliable insured vehicle, able to be maintained throughout employment.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college/university.
  • At least one (1) year of experience performing data analysis and report development in a Human Services field.
  • At least a basic knowledge of SQL.



Preferred Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Services from an accredited college/university.
  • Experience with data visualization programs and applications.
  • Experience with relational databases.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 applications.
