DN Tanks is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Temporary Office Administrator to join our team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to support a dynamic team and be involved in a variety of projects. You will play a crucial part in managing CRM data, assisting with sales support, and helping organize key events and meetings.
This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a task-oriented role, enjoys working behind the scenes, and wants to gain experience in a range of administrative and operational tasks.
** This is a temporary position with an expected duration of 6-months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and company needs. **
Responsibilities:
    • Manage and maintain CRM data, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
    • Provide sales support by assisting with logistics for client meetings, including lunch & learns.
    • Coordinate and support event logistics for trade shows, including shipping booths and managing reservations.
    • Assist with the organization of internal meetings, such as summer sales meetings and volunteer events.
    • Support the planning and execution of key projects, contributing to the team's success and efficiency.
    • Provide general administrative support as needed, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred
    • Excellent communication skills for effective team collaboration and client interaction.
    • Intermediate to advanced skills required in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
