Benefits Information can be found at Careers | GATX CorporationCareers The Manager, Corporate Finance assists with execution of long-term financings, corporate finance projects and reporting. This includes analyses, coordinating efforts of financial institutions, outside counsel, and various departments within GATX, in addition to providing credit market updates, 10Q/10K support, rating agency related analyses, stock repurchase monitoring, and debt redemption and prepayment execution. Responsibilities
Assists with long-term financing execution, including unsecured and secured debt in the bank and capital markets, sale-leasebacks, and securitizations, together with GATX personnel, financial institutions, and counsel.
Qualifications This position will interact with various departments within GATX, senior management, outside bankers and counsel. This is a generalist position with exposure to a broad range of financial issues including derivatives, capital markets, foreign exchange, investment analysis, corporate ratings, and forecasting. Education and/or Experience Required:
Key Competencies: * Analyzing Information As of January 27, 2025, the salary range for this position is $109,100.00 to $160,000.00. This range is a reasonable estimate and takes into account several factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including, but not limited to, geographic location, skill set, experience, education, training, internal equity, and other business needs. This role may be eligible to participate in the Company's short-term incentive plan, the details of which will be provided to the applicant upon hire. |
