Workiva is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Framework Security to define and lead the product vision and strategy within our Platform Operations team. This role will spearhead a new initiative to monetize platform security features, working directly with customers to understand their needs, address challenges, and deliver impactful features that provide significant business value. You'll collaborate with engineering, design, project management, and business teams while engaging with senior leaders across the company to ensure the success of this initiative. We're seeking someone with expertise in operating large-scale distributed systems and deep knowledge of security features such as encryption (BYOK & HYOK), audit logging, event monitoring, authentication, and authorization. Your ability to translate technical understanding into actionable product strategies will be key to creating exceptional outcomes for our customers. What You'll Do

How You'll Be Rewarded Salary range in the US: $129,000.00 - $207,000.00A discretionary bonus typically paid annually Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire 401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits package The salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the US.
