About the role:

The Clinical Trainer I will implement and maintain components of a comprehensive training program for Global Clinical. This role has the unique ability to have a deep and meaningful impact on the staff and organization. You will be on the leading edge of process changes, software updates, scientific and technological advances, and integration into workflows. You will lead Role Progression, Coaching, Auditing, and other various projects.

This is a night shift role. You will work four days between Monday - Friday from 9:00pm to 7:30am.

Your responsibilities will include:



  • Create, support, and execute innovative training and education solutions for Global Clinical.
  • Lead and participate in projects enhancing training and communication programs across regions, divisions, and functions.
  • Track, archive, and analyze training records.
  • Write and edit engaging, tailored messages supporting the Global Clinical training strategy.
  • Lead or support key training initiatives.
  • Maintain and update global policy records in response to audits and regulatory changes.
  • Keep training materials and spreadsheets up to date.
  • Adjust training for each individual class as needed.
  • Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions for individuals needing further assistance.
  • Assist with workflow audits and highlight areas for quality improvement.
  • Assist in developing audit and performance rubrics
  • Work hand in hand with Quality and the CMC to complete initiatives/projects


Required qualifications:



  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • CCT or CRAT Certification
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience building MCT/CEM reports
  • Must be proficient with TERI, SCERA, Paceart, and the Patient Care Portal



Preferred qualifications:



  • Teaching or training background
  • LearnWorlds experience is a bonus
  • Self-starter who works independently with a strong work ethic
  • 2 years of CDx/Preventice experience
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Critical thinking, patience, and creativity are necessary for success

The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) - see www.bscbenefitsconnect.com--will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role. Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs. At BSC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the anticipated salary range listed above.

Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).

Compensation for exempt, non-sales roles may also include variable compensation, i.e., annual bonus target and long-term incentives (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
