Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sage Intacct Implementation Specialist to join our Sage Intacct Accountants Program (SIAP) team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and experience with Sage Intacct (specifically with SIAP), including multi-entity consolidations, integrations, dashboard, and reporting. This role involves leading the implementation and onboarding of clients onto Sage Intacct, providing ongoing support across all SIAP clients, and optimizing accounting processes

Responsibilities:

  • Client Onboarding: Lead the implementation and onboarding of new clients onto the SIAP platform, ensuring a smooth transition from legacy systems, maintaining budget and timeframe.
  • Data Migration: Oversee the migration of financial data from legacy systems to Sage Intacct, ensuring data integrity and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Custom Reporting: Build custom reports for clients, enhancing their financial analysis capabilities.
  • Integration: Integrate Sage Intacct with third-party applications like BILL, Expensify, FYLE, and payroll providers (ex: ADP and Paylocity) to streamline workflows.
  • Troubleshooting & Support: Provide ongoing support to our internal teams, resolving issues and making adjustments to configurations as needed. Deliver training as needed to the broader team. Establish and maintain key relationships with third party providers such as BILL, Expensify, FYLE, and payroll providers.
  • Automation: Identify opportunities to automate workflows and optimize accounting processes within Sage Intacct.
  • Intercompany Accounting: Set up and manage intercompany relationships, ensuring proper accounting for transactions between companies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Current Sage Intacct certified Accounting Specialist and Implementation Specialist preferred.
  • CPA or equivalent accounting certification is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience with Sage Intacct and the SIAP, including multi-entity consolidations, integrations, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to present confidently to groups.
  • Good attitude with a willingness to learn.
  • Proficiency in Sage Intacct and a strong desire to stay current on technology and industry developments.
  • Strong knowledge of financial accounting and accounting principles.

Compensation Range: $100,000 - $120,000 per year
