We're seeking a skilled and passionate Systems Administrator to join our global IT team. In this role, you'll play a critical part in safeguarding our information and systems while contributing to the development and implementation of our IT strategy. You'll be empowered to take ownership, lead initiatives, and contribute to our cutting-edge innovations from day one.

What You'll Do:



  • Manage a diverse range of on-premise, server-based, and cloud applications and systems, with a focus on Google Workspace, Slack, and security tools.
  • Provide expert Tier 2 support to Ping Identity employees, contractors, and partners, resolving IT issues and answering questions.
  • Prioritize and escalate support tickets to specialized teams like Infrastructure and DevOps.
  • Analyze and solve technical challenges, leveraging your enterprise-level experience to drive projects forward.
  • Research, procure, deploy, and maintain software and hardware solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Enterprise Security team to monitor, detect, and remediate security threats using tools like CrowdStrike, OPSWAT, and Code42.


What You Bring:



  • Essential Expertise:


    • Strong administration skills in macOS and Windows OS.
    • Proven hardware troubleshooting experience with Apple and Windows devices.
    • Proficiency in JAMF and/or Intune for mobile device management (MDM).
    • Hands-on experience with Google Workspace, Slack, Active Directory, OPSWAT, CrowdStrike, and Code42.


  • Desirable Skills:


    • Linux (Ubuntu) administration.
    • FleetDM experience.
    • Knowledge of IAM, SSO, and MFA.
    • Familiarity with Tines and APIs.
    • Expertise in Google Workspace, Slack, and/or BetterCloud administration.
    • Relevant certifications (MCP, A+, Network+, MCDST, Apple certifications).


  • Education: AS or BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience



$65,000 - $78,000

In accordance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) the approximate compensation range for this role in Colorado is listed above. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors, such as knowledge, skills, and abilities.
