Description Our retail customer is going through a lot of store growth and adding hundreds of new locations. They need someone to come in and do these miscellaneous tasks on the team so that FTEs can be focused on these other projects. This resource needs to have a good understanding of store operations and help drive project work for new stores. Some of the tasks this person will be doing are: * Start server imaging - remotely connecting in and start imaging a server. * Work within Excel to track status updates for store projects, VLOOKUP's. * Create work orders on one of the vendor websites in a web portal * Ship equipment out to the stores and need to make sure the old equipment gets back in so they would be tracking all of the equipment in a spreadsheet * Review another portal to verify configurations. * Check and make sure forms are correct - InfoPath forms. Skills retail, Excel, Technical support, Hardware, POS, vlookup, server support, ServiceNow, Help desk support Top Skills Details 1. Must have excel skills - ideally Vlookups 2. Must have retail support - POS, Store Server 3.
