You must be a current UA employee to be considered. Job Summary: The Parking Services Coordinator manages and supports business operations within Parking Services. Additional Department Summary: This position is responsible for managing the department's customer service operations, as well as management of the department's financial operations, including reconciling, reporting and audit requirements. Required Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher and some experience. Skills and Knowledge: Must consistently represent the department with a courteous, helpful, accurate and professional attitude; Must demonstrate proficiency in: oral and written communication skills; interpersonal skills; organizational skills and detail-oriented; analytic and math skills; conflict resolution skills; MS Office software skills; ability to learn and use department-specific software; ability to maintain strict confidentiality and UA core competencies - Adaptability/Flexibility, Ethics/Integrity, Collaborate/Building Relationships, Self-Development, Student/Customer Focused. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or Business. Minimum of one year supervisory experience. Minimum of one year budget and/or accounting experience. Experience with UA timekeeping, procurement and budget systems/processes. Working knowledge of T2 Flex software.
