The Sr Director, Head of Customer Insights, leads a team of market research, analytical business partners and Enterprise business intelligence functions. This individual acts as a key functional leader of Advanced Analytics and Omnichannel Customer Engagement team (AAOCE), supporting analytical needs for both Neurology and Psychiatry therapeutic areas across sales, marketing, market access and medical affairs. This individual will be responsible for developing and communicating data-driven and actionable insights that drive greater customer and market understanding to inform launch & go-to market strategies and help meet in-line commercial objectives. TRAVEL: Willingness & ability to travel up to 20-30% domestically. International travel may be required. The range displayed is a national range, and if selected for this role, may vary based on various factors such as the candidate's geographical location, qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Salary Pay Range: $260,000 - $300,000 and eligibility for a 30% bonus target based on company and individual performance, and eligibility to participate in the company's long-term incentive plan.
