CNA Opportunities in Skilled Nursing:(12-hour shifts - rotating weekends)
Day Shift:7:00am - 7:30pm
Night Shift:7:00pm - 7:30am

In this role, the Certified Nursing Assistant will:
Assist customers receiving long-term care or short-term rehabilitation with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and dining assistance.

Monitor vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, pulse and respiration, and report any changes to nursing leadership.

Assist customers with mobility, including transferring, repositioning and walking.

Observe and document customer conditions including physical, emotional and mental changes. Provide companionship and support to customers and their families.

As a C.N.A. you will assist customers with hygiene and ensure a clean and safe environment. You will respond timely to customers' requests and report any concerns to the nursing supervisor.

Ensure compliance with all safety, infection control and customer privacy regulations. Actively participate in customer centered care planning and contribute to a collaborative care team environment.

The ideal candidate will have:
High School diploma or the equivalent.

Completion and passing the test for an approved Nursing Assistant program in the State.

Listed on the State's Health Nursing Assistant Registry.
