DESCRIPTION OF WORK

The individual in this position makes technology-based decisions and recommendations and provides technology leadership to all individuals within the Division, including Division Chief, supervisors and program managers, who work directly with participants in the Division of Food and Nutrition. You will have the opportunity to participate in requirement gathering and system design sessions for complex IT systems used within the Division, ensuring compliance with all rules and regulations regarding federal programs. Additional duties to include but not limited to:
- Developing and implementing business processes
- Reviewing technical specifications
- Developing test scenarios
- Performing system testing and participating in troubleshooting
- Participating in documenting of business processes and recommending change to the Division Chief as necessary

- Full-time employment.
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.
- Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time. Staff is required to report to the worksite every Thursday but is subject to change depending on work requirements. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- One year as a Business Analyst 1; or
- One year as an Information Technology Trainee; or
- Five years of business process analysis experience; or
- One year of business process analysis experience and a bachelor's degree; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.
Other Requirements:
