DESCRIPTION OF WORK
-
In this position you will perform custodial duties, turf management, and both light and heavy manual labor. Your primary responsibilities will include cleaning and maintaining multiple restroom and shower house facilities in the day use areas and campground area and performing routine litter pickup. Turf and landscape management are the other major duties of this position and include mowing, trimming, chainsaw/cutting work, invasive plant management, and site preparation and seeding. Other duties include supporting maintenance personnel in construction and repair tasks, as well as cleaning grills, sweeping paved areas, digging, and maintaining drainage systems. Additionally, you will be responsible for assisting with maintenance, care and cleaning of vehicles and equipment used throughout the park. Interested in learning more? Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Seasonal, full-time employment without benefits.
- Shift hours and days vary due to operational need, with a 30-minute lunch
- Weekends, holidays, and all shifts as needed at 37.5 hours per week

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- One year of experience in laboring work including the use of tools and equipment used in maintenance or construction; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.
Other Requirements:

- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
