Description Maintenance Technician Shift Schedule: Wednesday through Saturday, 12-hour night shifts Position Summary We are looking for a motivated and entry-level Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge and a keen interest in learning and developing skills in electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and plumbing systems. This role is perfect for individuals with little to no experience who are eager to start a career in maintenance and facilities management. Primary Duties Main Duties
- Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and plumbing systems.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and repairs under the supervision of experienced technicians.
- Support preventive maintenance activities to ensure the longevity and reliability of equipment and systems.
- Follow safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to develop technical skills and knowledge.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to support overall maintenance operations.

Training and Education

Working Conditions, Physical Requirements and Supervisory Roles
- Ability to remain in stationary position, often standing, for prolonged periods.
