For thousands of clients, physical therapy is a proven way to get moving again, pain-free. Physical therapy is used to prevent and relieve pain from various conditions, whether neurological or sports related. Our physical therapists commonly treat orthopedic, sports and neurological conditions and help to prevent and relieve pain from injuries, the aging process, and chronic conditions. This Supervisor position has oversight of two locations, Ada and 230 Michigan St NE. In Ada, the focus is on physical therapy; at 230 Michigan St NE, this supervisor will support orthopedic physical and occupational therapy, as well as lymphedema. There is an expectation of treatment as well as supervisory functions. Scope of work Assumes shift accountability for supervising and coordinating the operational effectiveness and efficiency of the rehabilitation services. Performs the duties of licensed Physical Therapists, or Occupational Therapists as appropriate. Assists with development of policies, procedures, and processes in coordination with leaders to ensure the highest quality services are delivered at the right time at all times to all customers. Key responsibilities include assisting with the following: goal setting, program development, fiscal management, resource allocation, standards of care, policy and procedure development and interpretation, human resource development, performance improvement and maintenance of interdisciplinary collaborative relationships.
