Title: Healthcare Trainer

Job Description:
- Coordinates, leads, and participates in provider integrated workflow systems training and deployment support across the DSAMH Division's community stakeholders that span numerous state and local environments, systems, and applications the Behavioral Health system of care. Training support for the Delaware Treatment and Referral Network include: DTRN360, eReferral (OpenBeds), CRISIS system, Treatment Connection, and Roundtrip. Responsible for flexing across the various local environments to ensure training support is provided in a consistent and timely manner.
Required Qualification:
- Implements consistent training methods and learning solutions to drive effective use, increase efficiency, and strengthen colleague knowledge, abilities, and performance.
- Prepares training materials, documentation, guides, manuals, job aids and e-learning modules across numerous state and local environments to best service the community needs.
- Utilizes appropriate technology and methodology in delivering training and deployment solutions for applications, and in providing training on systems to all departments.
- Serves as a resource providing consultative guidance relative to training and deployment methodologies, processes, procedures, standards, tools and best practices.
- Performs training on technology, process, and provides content development on policy.
- Provides creative coaching and counseling skills when dealing with training, education and development issues. Responds to general questions and issues in application of methods, techniques and processes.
- Gathers data and prepares special statistical, content driven and clearly defined reports as directed by the
- Informatics team in coordination with other DSAMH programs.
- Develops and maintains interactive and collaborative relationships with providers, stakeholders, and other key leaders.
