Guided by our Purpose: To Nourish a Better World, Grupo Bimbo associates are proud, passionate, and committed to making a difference in our communities while growing and developing in their professional and personal lives every day.

While GB has many products and brands dedicated to bringing healthy products to consumers, we believe there is more for us to do in this space. GB has the right to win in Health and Wellness because bread and other baked goods are grain-based foods that are inherently foundational to contributing positively to a healthy diet. Bread is "real food", made through natural processes, using healthy ingredients. What's more, GB is the world's baking leader with world class talent, facilities, and processes.

The General Manager for the Gluten Free Platform will contribute to Grupo Bimbo's Purpose through the development, execution, and management of a portfolio of gluten free products and brands across baked goods designed to lead the market. • Management: In order to drive agile decisions and fast growth while supporting entrepreneurism and ownership of the platform, this leader would have P&L responsibility and will direct a team including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Insights, and Supply Chain to achieve the goal, as well core BBU and/or North America functional areas.

This candidate will work closely with our global GB partners including the Global H&W Team, the Global Marketing Team, H&W counterparts in EMEA, and LATAM, thereby allowing us to gain access to cross border key learnings and products that can be incorporated into solutions for our portfolio.

As a new role in the organization, the area and team will start modestly and scrappy, but it is expected to grow as our capabilities and business grows in the segment and channels.

The position is an essential partner to the VP of H&W Portfolio, with an expectation that the ideal candidate supports the creation of a growth mindset and entrepreneurial culture with a start-up spirit.
