This position is ideal for an early-career professional who is passionate about the intersection of software, data, and finance. You will gain experience across the full stack (front-end and back-end) while analyzing complex datasets to inform strategic decisions. Over time, you'll develop a broad skill set combining software engineering best practices, data analytics, and foundational finance concepts. A deep finance background is not required-curiosity, a strong quantitative foundation, and a willingness to learn are more critical.

What You Will Do
* Design, develop, and maintain internal tools to optimize workflows and support investment analysis and portfolio management.
* Refactor code, fix bugs, and implement new features using best practices in software engineering.
* Clean, transform, and analyze large, unstructured datasets to uncover trends and actionable insights.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and deliver impactful solutions.
* Continuously refine your skills in software engineering, data analysis, and finance, contributing to a culture of innovation and learning.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related technical field.
* Knowledge of fundamental software development principles.
* Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python preferred, but any is acceptable).
* Familiarity with data analysis tools or libraries (e.g., pandas, SQL, Excel) is a plus.
* Strong quantitative reasoning and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to articulate findings clearly and collaborate with non-technical stakeholders.
* Curiosity about finance and investing, with a desire to learn core concepts over time.
* Enjoy identifying problems and improvements in day-to-day processes and proactively figuring out ways to make them better.
* Ability to work effectively in team settings, contributing to collective problem-solving and knowledge sharing.

* Effective Communication & Storytelling: Translating complex technical data into insightful narratives that drive decision-making.
