For a limited time MaineHealth is offering a $2000 sign on bonus for
Patient Service Representatives (PSRs):

Eligible candidates are hired (offer accepted) into a Full or Part time PSR position.
Bonus amount prorated for Part time hires, per diem hires are ineligible.
Current MaineHealth member employees are ineligible;

former MaineHealth Members are ineligible until greater than 6 months separation from employment.

This is a part-time, 20 hour per week position.

MaineHealth Primary Care - Family Medicine - Stockton Springs | MaineHealth is searching for a Patient Service Representative. This person serves as the first point of contact for patients when they enter our office. Theygreet and check-in patients, get patient information, collect payments, assist with necessary paperwork, and fulfill other customer service or administrative duties. We are looking for candidates with strong communication and administrative skills, a positive attitude, and a proven track record of reliability to support this busy and growing practice and contribute to the team.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):

  1. Education:High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
  2. License/Certifications:N/A
  3. Experience:Six months of medical office related experience and/or training preferred.
  4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A
  5. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: N/A
