Job Description: Title: Ethics & Compliance Intern Reports to: Director, Ethics & Compliance Location: Norwalk, CT strongly preferred, remote considered Work Schedule: M-F, Full time About the Position The Intern will be an integral member of Terex's Ethics & Compliance Team, supporting all of Terex's business units across the United States and around the world. The Intern will be exposed to a broad array of the corporate compliance matters-such as Terex's anti-bribery and corruption program, and internal whistleblower investigations-with particular focus on supporting efforts to enhance Terex's compliance program through the optimization of data collection and analysis. In this role, the Intern will gain practical in-house compliance experience and develop the foundational skills necessary for a successful career as an in-house compliance specialist. Summer internships will begin Monday, June 2, 2025 - August 15, 2025 on a 40-hour work week schedule, with potential to extend or hire depending on business need and individual performance.
