The Job at a Glance
As the Learning and Leadership Development Facilitator (The Coach for Coaches), you are
responsible for driving the leadership learning and development programs, including classroom instruction, scheduling, and logistics, tracking participation and completion, and assisting in the preparation of materials and communications related to the programs. You
will own the build out and execution of our leadership development program.If you are an L&D thought leader, subject matter expert, able to juggle multiple balls in the air while keeping your cool, and a great collaborator,we wouldlike to talk to you!

salary
range for this role is $59,785.88 to $79,994.20
annually
($28.74 to $38.46 per hour)
which is based on including but not limited to qualifications, experience, and geographical location. Parts Town is a
pay
for performance-company. In addition to base
pay, some roles offer a profit-sharing program, and an annual bonus depending on the role.
