The Job at a Glance
As the Learning and Leadership Development Facilitator (The Coach for Coaches), you are responsible for driving the leadership learning and development programs, including classroom instruction, scheduling, and logistics, tracking participation and completion, and assisting in the preparation of materials and communications related to the programs. You will own the build out and execution of our leadership development program.If you are an L&D thought leader, subject matter expert, able to juggle multiple balls in the air while keeping your cool, and a great collaborator,we wouldlike to talk to you!
Typical Day
  • Build and executeexperiences that support leaders and managers at different career levels (e.g., first time manager, experienced leader)
  • Createand manage end-to-endleadership programsandprofessionaldevelopment programsranging from online learning,virtuallyled, to in-person training sessions
  • Lead and facilitate all leadership training initiatives which will include in-person training, virtual trainings, etc.
  • Responsible for communications and engagement
  • Develop strong internal partnerships to gain insights from internal SME's(Subject Matter Experts) and apply insights into the designeach program
  • Facilitateor consult with otherexternalfacilitators, todelivercustom design learning programs,vendor programs, and ongoing developmental experiences
  • Foster and grow a learning community of leaders, allowing them to share experiences, discuss challenges, and network outside their function
  • Partner withother teammembers to define learning needs and address withappropriate learningstrategies
  • Build trust with leaders across the organization to foster a leader-influenced approach to learning and development
  • Select and curate relevant leadership content for self-directed global consumption
To Land This Opportunity
  • You have previously developed and led training efforts, with direct experience creating learning programs andfacilitatingleadership workshops
  • You have worked with learning and development vendors, including existing relationships and familiarity with developing new ones
  • Have exceptional communication, project management, and management capabilities
  • Are able to maintain a high threshold for navigating ambiguity and building effective solutions that scale
  • Have knowledge of adult learning principles to deliver manager or leadership development programs,workshopsand interventions
  • Demonstrated experience in using data to inform decisions on effectiveness of development experiences and an understanding of what creates both learning and behavior change resulting in measurable improvement
  • You possess the ability to partner and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
  • You have content development experience and a deep understanding of learning methodologies
  • Double Bonus, if you are already DDI Certified.

The salary range for this role is $59,785.88 to $79,994.20 annually ($28.74 to $38.46 per hour) which is based on including but not limited to qualifications, experience, and geographical location. Parts Town is a pay for performance-company. In addition to base pay, some roles offer a profit-sharing program, and an annual bonus depending on the role. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) with match, employee assistance programs, paid time off, paid sick time off, paid holidays, paid parental leave, and professional development opportunities.
