In this role, you will:

  • Develop project plans. Define clear objectives, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with event needs
  • Manage project risks. Identify potential obstacles, implement mitigation strategies, and adjust plans as needed to ensure smooth execution.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders. Facilitate communication among project teams and key decision-makers to maintain alignment on project goals.
  • Lead project teams. Assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide guidance to ensure successful project completion.
  • Oversee project lifecycle. Manage all phases, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure,
  • Technical skills: Proficiency in Microsoft tools. Strong Excel skills.
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Strong organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Who You Are:

  • Education Requirements:
    * Full or part-time continuing student enrolled in an accredited U.S. college or university
    * A Junior or Senior enrolled in an accredited College/University required
    * Currently in pursuit of a Bachelor's or Master's degree, however; education and experience may be considered

  • Additional skills/Nice to have:
    * Strategic project planning: Designing and implementing project plans for marketing event plan, execution and follow up
    * Risk assessment: Identifying potential risks and creating actionable mitigation strategies.
    * Team collaboration: Facilitating cross-functional teamwork to promote efficiency and project success and ensure project goals are met within budget and on schedule.
    * Stakeholder engagement. Maintaining open lines of communication with all parties involved to ensure alignment and transparency.
    * Experience managing project with a strong understanding of events.
