Salary Range: $66K to 77K*

This role is endowed/subsidized through September 2026, with the possibility of renewal based on performance and funding.

Position Overview:
The LMS Systems Analyst will administer Vibrant's 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline learning portal and ensure the stable operation of its two learning management systems with trainings in multiple languages that serve over 15,000 users. This position will provide technical support and administration as well as recommendations for configuration options and feature enhancements.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Lifeline Learning Portal Systems Administration
- Create, configure and maintain LMS business processes for various audiences and types of trainings
- Review ongoing updates and new features available to enhance and streamline processes and user experience
- Examine efficiencies in account setup, training launches, course completion, automation, and requests
- Ensure course enrollment and completion flows on dev and live LMS
- Ensure data accuracy and transparency, and support data sharing with other Vibrant departments
- Serve as subject matter experts for all 988 LMS technical administration and configuration
- Ensure data availability
- Record all API and/or SFTP integrations and their impact
- Account audits and maintenance
- Attend all LMS implementation meetings
Oversee QA Testing
- Create testing plans and cases
- Assign test scenarios
- Manage functional testing, integration testing, end to end testing, and quality assurance testing
- Perform data validation
- Monitor, analyze, and report on testing results to improve LMS
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong knowledge of Learning Management Systems (preferably Moodle) features and functionality
- Strong experience with LMS configuration and trouble shooting
- Experience working with LMS integrations
- Proven analytical abilities
- Experience generating processes, protocols and requirements documentation, and reports
- Experience with implementing large scale technology projects (preferably LMS)
- Excellent communicator with the ability to translate data and technical information into action
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in the field of computer science or 5 years of equivalent work experience in a technical position
- 3+ years of experience working with a learning management system (preferably Moodle)
- Strong background of technical writing and training
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
- Will constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery
- Will frequently communicate over video calls with internal and external stakeholders to provide status updates and potential roadblocks
