Data Science/AI/ML Engineer Intern

Position Overview: As a Data Science / AI/ML Engineer Intern, you will work on designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and data-driven solutions. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to analyze data, implement algorithms, and create innovative tools that empower decision-making and automation. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn and apply advanced data science and AI/ML techniques. Key Responsibilities:

Data Preparation and Analysis: - Collect, clean, and preprocess data for machine learning models. - Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover insights and inform model design. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and data needs. Model Development and Deployment: - Design and implement machine learning algorithms and predictive models. - Optimize model performance and validate results through testing and evaluation. - Deploy models into production environments using appropriate tools and frameworks. Research and Innovation: - Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and deep learning technologies. - Contribute to proof-of-concept projects and explore novel approaches to solving technical challenges. - Document findings, methodologies, and best practices. Collaboration and Communication: - Work closely with data engineers, software developers, and product managers to ensure seamless integration of models. - Present insights, results, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Assist in the creation of technical documentation and user guides. Qualifications:

Education:

Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

Technical Skills: - Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and machine learning. - Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn. - Knowledge of SQL and experience working with databases. - Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., Azure) and deployment tools is a plus. - Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with a solid understanding of statistics and data analysis. - Communication Skills: Ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively. - Eagerness to Learn: Passionate about AI/ML and committed to expanding your technical expertise.
