1st Shift Powder Coat Team Lead ($$22.75 - $25.10/hr.)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead by example, promoting a culture of safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Ensure team members adhere to established safety protocols, quality standards, and company policies.
• Assist with planning and organizing daily tasks to meet production goals.
• Monitor workflows and identify potential bottlenecks or areas for improvement.
• Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to team members to build skills and maintain high performance.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and supervisors, ensuring alignment on priorities and expectations.
• Collaborate with supervisors and other departments to address issues and maintain smooth operations.
• Report any incidents, quality concerns, or operational challenges to the appropriate parties promptly.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrates leadership, motivation and strong communication skills
• Proven ability to address challenges and improve processes
• Ability to work overtime and/or weekends.
• Strong organizational skills including computer skills. (MS, Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Forklift Operator Certification required.
• Handle material up to 50 lbs.
• High School Diploma or GED
