*Job Description*
* Handle 40-50 inbound calls/day regarding customer inquiries on utility servicing needs * Explain payment plan options for eligible customers and discuss arrangements * Address account concerns including connecting and/or disconnecting utility services *Job Qualifications* * Minimum 1-2 years of recent call center experience; with strong tenure (1-1.5+ years of experience in each role) * Must be able to work onsite for 3 month training and work remotely after training with reliable internet and private workspace * Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and learn new software *Location: *Albuquerque, NM 87102 - must be local due to onsite training, will work remote after training depending on performance & attendance *Hours of Operation: *Mon-Fri 7:30am-6pm (will be assigned an 8 hour shift between these hours) *Training Schedule: *Mon-Fri 8am-5pm Long-term 6 month contract-to-hire *Start Date: *February 17th *Pay: *$17/HR for monolingual speakers, $18/HR for bilingual Spanish speakers *Compensation perks after 6 month contract:* * Once hired on permanently after 6 months; may be eligible for pay increase * New hire bonus of $500 and another $500 new hire bonus after 9 months * Ability to promote into level 2 and level 3 based off performance which comes with pay increase * Monthly bonuses can average $350/month based off performance and stats *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
