Compensation At S&C, we are dedicated to providing competitive and equitable compensation for all our team members, and we are committed to transparency in our pay practices. The estimated annual base salary range for this position in the United States can be found in the JOB INFO section below. Individual pay within this salary range is determined by several compensable factors, including performance, knowledge, job-related skills and experience, and relevant education or training. This role is also eligible for S&C's annual incentive plan (AIP), subject to eligibility criteria. Join Our Team as a Senior Programmer Analyst - Salesforce and Middleware! Are you passionate about Salesforce? S&C Electric Company is seeking a dynamic individual to coordinate our middleware function. As a Senior Programmer Analyst, you'll be crucial in ensuring smooth operations and supporting our diverse team. We are looking for a Salesforce developer with experience in middleware such as Informatica, MuleSoft, or Boomi. The ideal candidate will design and implement integration solutions, develop custom Salesforce applications, and ensure seamless data synchronization across systems. * Manage Salesforce architecture and performance, integrations within Salesforce, integrations to Salesforce, creating flows and Apex codes, configuring and editing objects, views, fields, and other Salesforce development * Manage middleware by creating and upkeeping integrations, implementing middleware platforms, troubleshooting, security management, and documentations * Responsible for data integrity and accuracy between platforms * Designing, developing, and managing REST and SOAP APIs in relation to Salesforce, middleware, and ERP applications * Working with applications such as Salesforce, Informatica, MuleSoft, and Oracle * Deliver real-time, event-driven, and batch integration solutions * Implement best practices for integrating Salesforce with other platforms * Create governance and guidance for using middleware solutions with other platforms What You'll Need to Succeed:
