You are an experienced and dynamic Executive Director of Product Management to lead our virtual prototyping product roadmap within Synopsys. You possess a deep understanding of virtual prototyping technologies targeted at software development and testing, architecture exploration, and system design. You are an innovative thinker with exceptional leadership and strategic planning skills. You excel in a matrix environment and have a proven track record of launching and managing products that drive revenue growth. Your ability to influence and motivate teams, makes you a valuable asset. You communicate effectively across all levels and thrive on achieving and surpassing goals.

• Leading and managing a team of product managers, implementing the strategic vision and execution of product roadmaps.
• Driving significant revenue growth through innovative product management strategies.
• Developing marketing and business plans for the assigned products.
• Defining and coordinating sales collateral development, pricing and packaging strategies, competitive analysis, product rollout, and sales training.
• Establishing, enhancing, and distinguishing product competitive positioning.
• Aligning with technical product management, product engineering, and business management functions across product go-to-market, including the rollout of next-generation solutions.
• Championing and developing innovative principles and ideas to set organizational roadmaps and long-term goals.
• Influencing executive management decisions through expert technical and business insights.
• Developing high-performing teams that excel in an innovative and ambitious engineering environment.
• Influencing engineering based on deep knowledge of customer needs and forward-thinking style.

• Proven track record of successfully launching, managing, and growing products.
• Ability to communicate and influence from engineers to executives internally and at customers.
