Position Objective:

To coordinate filter service jobs for the AAF NJ Branch, to increase service business in the market through

sales, to learn most aspects of the AAF NJ Branch Operations.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule filter service jobs with customers.
  • Order filters and material needs for jobs.
  • Create Service Tickets.
  • Visit customer sites to maintain relationship and check on AHUs.
  • Perform filter surveys.
  • Direct reports include the service technicians.
  • Develop service portfolio to support business growth to serve current and future target markets.
  • Maintain service estimate tool for region, including evaluation of current service technician salaries.
  • Maintain utilization schedule of technicians monthly to determine productivity and training needed to improve technician productivity.
  • Support and review National Service Safety protocols, provide feedback.
  • Maintain OHSA 10 annual training for self and the team.
  • Drive increased utilization, revenue per head, margin and training from an overall organizational point of view.
  • Ensure service strategy is closely aligned with US branch business unit strategies. Work closely with Service Director and District Sales Managers on region goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements

Position Requirements:

  1. Sales and Service experience in HVAC background;
  2. Strong cross-functional teamwork and communication skills within in a highly matrixed organization;
  3. Able to interpret industry standards, technical drawings, and specifications;
  4. Must have strong digital literacy in Microsoft Office This includes Teams, SharePoint and SAP;
  5. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, work packages and schedule management;
  6. A leader with strong conflict resolution skills, resiliency;
  7. Good organizational & project management skills, able to prioritize & complete a high volume of work to specific deadlines;
  8. Safety Training;
  9. Strong math skill is needed to be able to figure percentages and to verify figures;
  10. Must be able to communicate w/ customers and co workers in a professional manner;
  11. Must be comfortable driving 16';
  12. Strong people skills to promote engagement and loyalty;
  13. Able to rapidly change directions for conflict resolutions;
  14. Ability to adapt to a fast pace and evolving working environment.
Salary Description
$70K-$80K annually
