Under general direction of the Associate Dean, Media and Creative Arts, poses as a figure drawing model for the Animation department.


Characteristic Duties and Responsibilities

Holds poses Holds poses, without moving, for 3-15 minutes at a time.

Sequence posing Poses in instructor-determined sequences of movement.

Demonstrative posing Demonstrates active poses that tell a story.

Other duties: Performs other related duties within the scope of the position as required for the efficient operation of the division and to support institutional objectives.


Qualifications

Required Education & Experience High School Diploma or GED & Three (3) experience in figure drawing modeling or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

  • Must be able to climb a ladder or other structure.
  • Must be able to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
  • Ability to fully see, hear, stand, sit, stoop, and bend without any restrictions.
  • Must be able to hold poses, without moving, for 3-15 minutes at a time.
  • Must be able to work and maintain effective relationships with peers, customers, faculty, staff, and students.

Supplemental Information

Hours Between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, as needed up to 19 hours per week.

Salary Salary is listed to the midpoint of the salary range and is determined by years of experience credit and internal salary equity.
