The Phoenixoffice of SmithGroupis looking for aEntry Level Plumbing Engineerto join our team.

Working with us, you will:



  • Assist with the design and documentation of plumbing systems under direct supervision.
  • Perform production, coordination, and presentation support for assigned plumbing engineering work.
  • Revise, review, and coordinate construction documents.
  • Perform routine design tasks in support of projects.
  • Assist in construction administration as directed.



An ideal candidate has:



  • A bachelor's degree in mechanical, architectural engineering or equivalent


  • 0 - 2 years of related experience working (including summer, co-op or intern work) in the AE field.


  • The ability to communicate ideas well both graphically and verbally.


  • The ability to contribute to and participate in a team environment.


  • LEED Green Associate accreditation preferred.
  • Proficiency in current design software such as Revit as well as Microsoft Office.

While we may ultimately pay more or less than a posted salary range, at the time of posting the anticipated salary range for this position is $62,000 to $69,000 annually and you are eligible for a performance-based bonus each year.
