We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Administrator. Pay: $19-19.25/hr Start Date: 1/27 or February 3rd Location: Tigard, OR 3-Month Contract to Hire Workplace Type: On-site Schedule: Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm, or 7am to 4pm Job Title: Customer Service Administrator Job Description: * Address and handle probates on deceased customer accounts received from family or executors of the estates. * Handle and process electronic correspondence from Bank of the West. * Process damaged checks, voided checks, unprocessable checks, and letters. * Prepare checks received from customers via mail for processing and upload to banking and internal systems. * Confirm the accuracy of reviewed checks and account numbers. * Process returned eChecks and paper checks. * Research and locate accounts for failed Lockbox payments. * Process Web Exceptions payments and place equipment orders. * Enter data from Bankruptcy Notices to prevent billing. * Research payments for Accounting. * Process misapplied payments via faxes and ZenDesk. * Handle errors in ACI for electronic payments. * Scan payments for BOW reconciliation. Top Skills - Must Haves: * Mail processing * Billing research Additional Skills & Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent. * Self-motivated, hard-working team player with outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous customer service. * Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. * Demonstrated passion for excellence in treating and caring for customers. * Strong knowledge of cellular concepts, products, services, and policies. * Effective communication and professional conduct with co-workers. * Willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overtime. * Strong work ethic and team player mentality. * Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, and the Internet. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.25 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
