TEKsystems is looking for an SAP S/4 HANA Project Manager for an upcoming S/4 Implementation with one of our clients. Top Skills 1. SAP Project Management Implementation with Sales and Finance. Don't need distribution but would be a nice to have. 2. Clear communication skills between multiple reports 3. Assertiveness in their ability to drive tasks forward and keep people accountable - client is coming from a non SAP environment 4. ServiceNow is what our team uses to track demands and requirements. Description* The client is looking for an SAP Project Manager to tackle their implementation. This candidate will report to the Director of Apps and the individual that oversees the PMO. The client is currently carving out its Automotive Business line. They Implemented SAP S/4HANA 1909 in Canada last year and also have an SAP Project running in Brazil. This resource will be dedicated to the Automotive line in 2025, and then shift to Industrial business next year. New Director of Apps has a lot of SAP and SNOW knowledge. - Ideally, want someone with strong experience managing SAP implementations. - How to structure the project team and organization, Project Plan, what is critical for 1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc. - Communication is big, being able to ask the right questions based on implementation experience. - Sales and Distribution, and Finance are the key SAP modules being implemented. - Auto project timeline has to be done end of October 2025 because of the split. - There are about 400 people impacted by the Automotive split . - New Director of Apps has a lot of SAP and SNOW knowledge. - Project is already in flight but timeline keeps changing and it is a resource constraint globally. This individual will need to keep people accountable and drive task forward. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $110.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
